Clearance limits, computed on BPA's published figures
Given a circuit and a job, which devices are the boundary? That is the clearance limit, and it is
the thing you get wrong and die. This reproduces the answers the Bonneville Power Administration
publishes for its own worked examples, out of one model, from the drawings they came with.
Not a field tool. A clearance is a human procedure with a Dispatcher on the other end of
it. This is a study model of two published figures, built to reproduce what a public document
already prints. It is not a substitute for a Switching Order, a Dispatcher, or your own eyes on
the gear.
